(02)Orders
Help with your order
Orders are placed and paid for in our Shopify store, and your order confirmation comes by email. Keep it: it has your order number and a link to your order’s status.

| Pick your size | Once you’ve tried the sizing kit, pick your size in the Aina app. |
| Change your finish or shipping address | Write to us with your order number before your ring ships. |
| Cancel your pre-order | Write to us with your order number before your sizing kit ships, for a full refund. |
| Return your ring | Write to us with your order number within 14 days of delivery, or 30 if you reserved. |
(03)Warranty
If something’s wrong
Aina Ring comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn’t working as it should, write to team@aina.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, with a photo or video if you can.
If it’s covered, we’ll repair or replace it, and we pay the shipping to send it back. The full terms, including returns, are on the shipping and returns page.
