Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use Stripe, Inc. as our third-party payment processor to handle all purchases made through the Platform. When you make a purchase:

• We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details.

Mixpanel Analytics

• provide the Platform

We aim to minimize retention wherever possible.
Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.

Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our parent entity Aina Computers, Inc. is headquartered. Such transfers are made in compliance with applicable law, including any cross-border transfer restrictions that may be notified by the Government of India under the DPDP Act.

Data Breach Notification
